Administrative Fees for rental properties – All Fees (inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated)
Rental Range:
£0-£800 PCM - £200 Admin Fee will cover all reference checks, tenancy agreements and check in costs for 2 adults. An additional £50 will apply for additional adults.
£801-£1000 PCM - £250 Admin Fee will cover all reference checks, tenancy agreements and check in costs for 2 adults. An additional £50 will apply for additional adults.
£1001-£1250 PCM - £300 Admin Fee will cover all reference checks, tenancy agreements and check in costs for 2 adults. An additional £50 will apply for additional adults.
£1251 PCM + - £350 Admin Fee will cover all reference checks, tenancy agreements and check in costs for 2 adults. An additional £50 will apply for additional adults.
Additional Fees
Guarantor Fee - £125 Fee will only apply when a tenant requires a guarantor. This is cover cost all referencing and agreements.
Check In Fee - £NILL Fee is covered within tenant administration fee, listed above.
Renewal Fee & Alterations - £50 Only charged if a tenancy agreement is renewed, renegotiated or amended at any point.
